After 16 years, Mr. Binns relocated the “ROCKY” statue from South Philadelphia to its present site at the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art– made famous by Rocky Balboa’s storied run to the top in the original ROCKY film. This statue attracts over 3 million visitors each year.
