Mr. Binns hosts this golf tournament at the Blue Bell Country Club, Blue Bell, PA. Scholarship funds are generated through the Open to benefit St. Joseph’s Preparatory High School and Roman Catholic High School. The memory of Philadelphia Police Sargent Mike Taylor is honored by his many friends who participate.
