Hero Cop Plaque Dedication for Police Officer Joseph Sankey
On September 21, 2011, Jimmy Binns dedicated a Hero Plaque in memory of Police Officer Joseph Sankey. This is the 102nd Hero Cop Plaque dedicated in Philadelphia and the 240th Hero Plaque over all.
Man of the Year
On September 17, 2011 Jimmy Binns was named Man of the Year by the Retired Police, Fire and Prison Guard Association.
